Fierce Friends Therapy Services, PLLC believes that all children should be provided every opportunity to positively engage and participate in life and the world around them. Fierce Friends Therapy Services strive to provide quality physical therapy services designed to serve each child and their family’s goals and potential. We encourage family and caregiver participation in the therapy process.

It is the vision of Fierce Friends Therapy Services to provide children with lifelong skills. Through therapeutic techniques, children can develop physical and developmental skills required for play, school and in the community. We will give each child every opportunity for promising futures.
Fierce Friends Therapy Services, PLLC provides pediatric physical therapy services in the home serving Fairfax, Falls Church, Vienna, Mclean and Arlington, Virginia.
Meet Lorelei
I am a physical therapist with over 31 years of experience serving children birth through 18 years old. I have worked with early intervention programs providing multidisciplinary evaluations and individual therapy services and have provided outpatient therapy services in multidisciplinary clinics to children and their families.

I founded Fierce Friends Therapy Services to offer home based family centered therapy services. I believe the best therapy outcomes are achieved when therapy and goals are integrated into children’s and family’s everyday lives. To involve families, parents and siblings into the therapy process is when change happens.

I earned my bachelor’s degree from Boston University in Physical Therapy. I am licensed to practice in the state of Virginia.
Services
Evaluation Services
A comprehensive physical therapy evaluation will be completed and results will be shared in a written report with recommendations for services
Therapy Sessions
Therapy sessions, typically 50-60 minutes will be provided in clients home. Treatment plans for sessions will be based on results of the evaluation and will be tailored to each child and their family's needs, concerns and goals. Home programs for daily practice will be incorporated into sessions.
Consultation Services
Consultations are available for gross motor screenings and equipment recommendations
